2. Webinar Registration Refunds
2.1 Cancellation Before Event
Refund eligibility for webinar registrations depends on the timing of your cancellation request:
- More than 7 days before the scheduled webinar: Full refund of the registration fee
- Between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled webinar: 50% refund of the registration fee
- Less than 3 days before the scheduled webinar: No refund available
2.2 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If Varqine cancels or significantly reschedules a webinar, you will receive one of the following options:
- Full refund of your registration fee
- Credit toward a future webinar of equal or lesser value
- Transfer to an alternative scheduled session of the same webinar
2.3 Technical Issues
If technical difficulties on our platform prevent you from accessing a live webinar and we cannot provide a suitable alternative (such as a recording or makeup session), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the extent of the disruption.
3. Course and Program Refunds
3.1 Multi-Session Programs
For courses or programs consisting of multiple sessions:
- Before the first session begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees
- After the first session but before the second session: Refund of remaining sessions minus 20% administrative fee
- After the second session begins: No refund available
3.2 On-Demand Content
Digital products, including recorded webinars and on-demand courses, are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made if:
- The content is significantly different from the description provided
- Technical issues prevent access to the material and cannot be resolved
- The request is made within 48 hours of purchase and minimal content has been accessed
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Promotional or discounted registrations marked as non-refundable
- Third-party services or materials purchased through our platform
- Administrative or processing fees
- Certificates of completion or achievement
- Membership fees after 14 days from initial payment
5. Refund Request Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation supporting your request
5.2 Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

7. Transfers and Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer the option to transfer your registration to another participant or receive credit toward future events. Transfer and credit options are subject to the following conditions:
- Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event
- Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
- Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value
- One transfer or credit substitution per registration
8. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Incomplete course delivery due to instructor unavailability
- Reduced content or session length from what was advertised
- Quality issues that significantly impact the learning experience
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may escalate the matter by requesting a review from our management team. Please send your dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Dispute Review" within 14 days of receiving our initial decision.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and ineligibility for future services.
